MeBe is seeking a Site Director to lead both the clinical and day-to-day operations of a Learning Center, creating a high-quality, supportive environment where teams and families can thrive. This role oversees interdisciplinary services including ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy, ensuring strong clinical outcomes, operational excellence, and a positive team culture. The Site Director partners closely with clinical leaders, operational teams, and families to drive performance, maintain compliance, and support meaningful progress for the children we serve. About what you’ll work on:
Leadership & Clinical Oversight
Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of clinical and administrative staff and overall center operations.
Ensure treatment fidelity and client progress through regular quality assurance checks, clinical observations, and collaboration with BCBAs on complex cases.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed.
Offer ongoing clinical mentorship through monthly individual and group meetings with ABA Supervisors.
Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration by leading weekly team meetings with BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs.
Partner with Directors of Speech and OT to ensure onsite support and integration of services
Operations & Compliance
Drive regional performance by executing strategic operational plans aligned with organizational goals
Monitor and maintain billable productivity, ensuring achievement of weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and service delivery
Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, including HIPAA, BACB standards, and payer requirements
Manage site-level budgets and contribute to financial planning and forecasting initiatives
Client Services
Maintain an individual billable hour target aligned with site size and operational needs
Act as the primary liaison for families, addressing concerns, resolving grievances promptly, and ensuring overall client satisfaction
Oversee the client pipeline and onboarding process in collaboration with intake and administrative teams to maximize client conversion and retention
Collaborate with the clinical team to uphold exceptional standards of care and support positive client outcomes
Team Development & Culture
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for high-performing clinical and administrative staff, including BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, OTs, and support personnel, to drive team productivity and excellence
Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and mission-aligned workplace culture that aligns with MeBe’s values.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support professional growth
Collaborate with People Operations to address employee relations matters and manage sensitive issues with professionalism and integrity
Business Development & Community Engagement
Drive site growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities for client acquisition through community outreach and strategic partnerships
Serve as a company ambassador at local events, conferences, and with key referral sources to enhance visibility and build strong community relationships

Qualifications
Master’s degree in ABA, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in ABA or a related healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and clinical best practices.
Experience managing teams, operations.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), scheduling software, and billing systems (CR experience preferred)
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
