Job Summary
The ServiceNow Workspace Service Delivery Implementation Specialist will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Workspace Service Delivery (WSD) solutions to support enterprise location management, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and service delivery operations. This role requires deep ServiceNow platform expertise, strong scripting and integration skills, and the ability to deliver intuitive, end-to-end workflows in a collaborative consulting environment. The ideal candidate combines technical execution with stakeholder enablement, ensuring scalable, high-adoption ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and develop automated workflows within the ServiceNow WSD suite to deliver intuitive, end-to-end service delivery experiences.
Configure and customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and GlideScript/JavaScript to support complex enterprise workflows.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub to ensure enterprise data consistency.
Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize platform performance, and maintain technical and process documentation.
Collaborate with ITSM teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Provide training and enablement to support teams and stakeholders to ensure adoption and effective platform usage.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on employee and technology workflows.
Deep experience with core ServiceNow applications supporting workspace capabilities, particularly ITSM.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification (required).
Strong scripting experience using JavaScript/GlideScript within ServiceNow.
Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize platform performance and workflows.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
