Full Job Description
At Webflow, we’re building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, and we’re doing it as a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of creativity. This work takes grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. From entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence, we empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web, and work, is more open, more creative, and more equitable. And we’re here to build it together.
We’re seeking a dynamic Senior xDR Enablement Business Partner to build programs that move the metrics that matter: meeting rates, set rates, and pipeline contribution. XDRs are the front line of our revenue engine and this role owns their trajectory from day one through high performance.

You’ll design and own the end-to-end XDR enablement experience from onboarding through ongoing development and you’ll be accountable for what that program produces in the field. You bring a clear playbook for top-of-funnel skill development, a systems-level understanding of how behavior change translates to business outcomes, and the facilitation chops to bring your program to life.

As a Senior xDR Enablement Business Partner, you’ll …
Own the XDR Enablement Program
- Design and deliver a scalable, sequenced enablement experience that covers onboarding through ongoing skill development
- Blend VILT, self-paced learning, and in-person sessions to build real capability, not just completion rates
- Establish ramp milestones, certification paths, and clear success criteria tied to XDR performance metrics
Drive Top-of-Funnel Mastery
- Build and continuously sharpen an ongoing development track focused on the competencies that move pipeline: multi-channel prospecting, messaging and objection handling, early-stage discovery, personalization, and productivity
- Use call reviews, workshops, and practice sessions to reinforce learning in the flow of work
Partner with XDR Leaders to Close Skill Gaps
- Act as a strategic partner to XDR managers and directors
- Bring data on skill gaps, performance trends, and program impact
- Equip leaders with coaching frameworks and playbooks that extend enablement beyond formal training and into daily rep development
Connect Program Outputs to Business Outcomes
- Track and report on what your programs actually produce, not just engagement, but behavior change and downstream impact
- Own the feedback loop between enablement activity and XDR performance, and use it to continuously improve
About you:
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in XDR Enablement, Sales Enablement, or XDR Leadership with a proven track record of building programs that improve measurable field outcome
- A clear methodology for connecting skill development to business impact (pipeline, meeting rates, conversion)
- Deep understanding of top-of-funnel motions and the day-to-day reality of XDR workflows
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
You’ll thrive as a Senior xDR Enablement Business Partner if you:
- Strong instructional design skills and experience building VILT and blended learning programs
- Excellent facilitation and stage presence. You create environments where reps actually practice, not just listen
- Data-driven approach to program iteration and stakeholder communication
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
Our Core Behaviors:
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Deliver with speed, quality, and craft. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we do so without lowering the bar.
Benefits

- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.
