We’re looking for a high-impact, hands-on Senior Visual Designer to elevate our visual identity and build a powerful emotional connection between our brand and its audience. You will be a key driver in our marketing strategy, strengthening our positioning as a leading mobile marketing technology company across every marketing touchpoint.
From high-converting performance campaigns to our flagship website, you will be responsible for delivering visual stories that engage, convert, and elevate our brand authority.
By working closely with product design and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that every asset - from AI agents messaging to social creatives - is visually striking, strategically aligned, and built for business impact. This is a high-visibility role at the heart of our brand evolution, where design is a key growth driver.

What you’ll be doing:
Differentiate us in the market: clearly and compellingly translate our 3 key pillars (Technology, Data, People) into compelling visual assets that set us apart from competitors.
Execute visual storytelling across all marketing touchpoints: web, ads, emails, events, and social media.
Influence our audience: deliver design assets that emotionally connect and drive action.
Drive business impact: use real performance data - not just opinions - to optimize creative work and continuously improve.
Improve how we work: build scalable workflows to speed up delivery and enable the lead gen team to move fast without bottlenecks (e.g. self-serve templates).
Collaborate proactively: work closely with the product design team to ensure a unified design ecosystem between the marketing assets and products.
About you:
5+ years of experience in marketing design within tech, ideally B2B SaaS.
Mastery of brand identity, visual systems, and storytelling. You know how to make a brand feel premium, technical, and human all at once.
A clear communicator who builds alignment and inspires confidence, incl. with C-level stakeholders.
Comfortable with performance metrics and UX principles. You treat a low-performing asset as a problem to be solved, not a critique of your art.
Strong professional intuition shaped by a sharp eye for contemporary trends and visual culture.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments - self-sufficient and proactive in removing obstacles to get things done.
