If you thrive in ambiguity and build for clarity, we want to meet you.What You'll DoDesign thoughtful, inclusive experiences across responsive web, mobile appsOwn and evolve our design system to support consistency, creativity, and scalabilityUse AI tools and rapid prototyping to explore, test, and refine concepts quicklyCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Legal to simplify complex workflows and elevate user confidenceIntroduce delight through gamification, emotion, and interaction details that turn utility into memorable momentsChampion accessibility and raise the bar for usability and visual qualityMentor teammates and contribute to a high performance, high curiosity design cultureWhat We're Looking For6 or more years of product design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates depth in systems thinking, interaction, and visual designMastery of Figma, including components, variants, and prototypingStrong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principlesYou think in design systems and see the world in tokens, patterns, and reusable foundationsExperience designing across multiple touchpoints including web, mobile, voice, and emerging interfacesA thoughtful approach to using motion and microinteractions to guide and engage usersFamiliarity with gamification principles and a strong sense for where they add real valueComfort using AI tools to move faster from concept to prototype and bring new ideas to lifeWhat Sets Us ApartCulture is our advantage.
