Full Job Description
Headquarters: Murcia, Spain URL: https://interamplify.com/
Location: 100% Remote. (Seriously. 100%.) Alright, let's be crystal clear. This is not a normal "Senior SEO" job post. If your definition of "Technical SEO" is exporting a CSV from Screaming Frog, running a VLOOKUP in Excel, and making a PowerPoint deck... respectfully, close this tab. You're out of your league. Those tools are great. They're the hammer. We re looking for the person who can build the entire hardware store. The Real Problem Interamplify has problems that standard SaaS tools can't solve. When you re managing 10 million URLs across 180 markets, the tools break. The crawler crashes, the API rate-limits you, and the data doesn't fit in a spreadsheet. We're looking for that person probably 1 in 100 SEOs who, when the tool breaks, just smiles... and opens their IDE. We re looking for someone who stopped using tools and started building them. The Role Your job isn't to run audits. Your job is to automate them. We don't care if you know how to use the ChatGPT UI to write a blog post. We care if you can write a Python script that hits the Claude API to classify 500k URLs by semantic intent across 15 languages. We care if you've actually played with code-gen models to automate schema generation or spot hreflang flaws at scale. Your mission is to use code and APIs to give us an unfair advantage. Core Responsibilities (The Code)
Audit Automation: Build scripts (Python, JS) to crawl, parse, and analyze server logs at scale. We want you to find the problem before any SaaS tool does.
API Integration: Connect GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, and (critically) LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) to build internal datasets and tools that give us an edge.
Rendering Engineering: Solve complex rendering problems (JS-SEO, Headless) that standard tools can't even detect.
Rapid Prototyping: Build ad-hoc solutions for client problems that no one else has been able to fix.
Code Mentorship: Help the rest of the team think more like engineers and less like "tool users."
The Profile
Your first instinct is import requests, not opening a SaaS dashboard.
You have provable experience building your own SEO tools/scripts. (We want to see your GitHub.)
You're faster in Python (or JS/Node.js) than you are in Excel.
You've used LLM APIs (not just the chat UI) for SEO tasks at scale (classification, schema-gen, sentiment analysis, etc.).
You actually read server logs. For fun.
You've dealt with hreflang and JS rendering at a level that would frighten most marketers.
You are radically autonomous and despise bureaucracy.
What's on the Table A 100% remote role where you don't have to ask permission to innovate. Zero politics. Zero fluff. Just massive-scale problems and the freedom to solve them with code. (And yes, compensation is at an engineer's level, not a 'specialist's'. We don't post ranges because we don't hire 'ranges'. We hire talent. Prove you're the 1% and we'll pay you like it.) If you're more comfortable in VS Code than in PowerPoint, let's talk.
