Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Temporary, 6-month term) to join our team!

In this high-visibility role, you'll form strategic partnerships with hiring managers across Greenhouse, enabling informed, data-driven decisions that result in the best hires. You'll be empowered by the Greenhouse product suite and work closely with top leaders in the SaaS industry, all within an environment committed to defining what "best" looks like in recruiting.

As part of the People team, you'll own critical job searches from kick-off to close, develop and execute targeting sourcing strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout every stage of the process. You'll also play a key role in building inclusive and equitable hiring practices, while continuously looking for ways to improve how we work together.
