About This Role:

As a Senior Systems Engineer in Tel Aviv, you’ll play a key role in building and optimizing Crusoe’s global technology infrastructure. This is a hands-on, on-site role, working closely with our global IT team to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and scalable to support Crusoe’s growth. You’ll lead initiatives around Okta, Lumos, and Workato, focusing on integration, automation, and identity management.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Continuously improve IT systems by automating workflows and maximizing the potential of Okta, Lumos, and Workato.

  • Provide hands-on support for complex IT issues in collaboration with and under the guidance of senior engineers.

  • Collaborate with API Integration Developers to connect business systems through Workato and manage complex third-party integrations.

  • Apply a security-first mindset, implementing RBAC best practices and ensuring adherence to security policies and governance.

  • As the sole IT representative onsite, this role will handle a mix of responsibilities; from resolving day-to-day ServiceDesk requests to supporting more complex systems and infrastructure issues.

  • Track updates across Okta, Lumos, and Workato, leading adoption of new features that strengthen our IT ecosystem.

  • Keep all systems, configurations, and troubleshooting materials documented and up to date.

  • As part of our global team, this role may occasionally require joining handoff or sync calls outside of standard local business hours to collaborate effectively across time zones.

  • Own the planning and execution of new integrations and system changes, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, IAM Engineer, or API Integration Developer.
    Expertise in Okta (Okta Consultant Certification preferred) and Lumos.

  • Hands-on experience with Workato and API development (JSON, XML, Webhooks); Workato certifications are a plus.

  • Proven success managing large-scale SAML, OIDC, and OAuth integrations.

  • Strong understanding of RBAC principles and implementation strategies.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Okta expression language and writing custom logic.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace Enterprise (OUs, policies, security).

  • Strong planning, communication, and change management skills.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, global environments and enjoys collaborative problem-solving.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% to support other Crusoe offices.
