The team

As an SDET at Ledger, you'll collaborate with a team of QA Automation Engineers to create tools and processes that enable product squads to independently manage test automation and take responsibility for the quality of their deliverables.

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing and developing tools to improve quality assurance process for all contributors of SDLC

  • Build new and maintain existing workflows for CI/CD pipelines

  • Creating and developing test automation frameworks

  • Developing and implementing processes and approaches for effective automation testing

  • Integrating automated testing into Quality Assurance practices

  • Conducting workshops and pair-programming sessions with different teams

  • Communicating with product squads about the improvements following the strategy, sharing of experiences, best practices and lessons learnt

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience in developing test automation solutions using TypeScript

  • Experience in a web automation testing framework such as Playwright, Detox or Selenium

  • Proficient in front-end and back-end testing tools and approaches

  • Good knowledge of development processes, design patterns and programming principles

  • Prior experience designing workflows and building CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Team player and able to work in a collaborative environment

  • Ability to think outside of the box and be innovative by keeping abreast of new trends, identifying opportunities to bring in change for business benefit

  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
