We’re looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager, EMEA to help us architect a world-class revenue engine that is as fluid and powerful as the websites our customers build. You will be the strategic backbone of our growth in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, turning regional complexity into a clear, actionable blueprint for success. By refining our systems and scaling our impact, you’ll ensure our sales teams have the clarity and speed they need to bring development superpowers to every corner of the market.

About the role:

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. The specific base pay within this range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations

As a Senior EMEA Sales Operations Manager, you’ll … 

  • Partner with the Senior Leadership to drive and track the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing recommendations.
  • Supporting the business operational model and cadence (forecast calls, business reviews, etc.)
  • Partnering closely with the EMEA leadership team in defining and implementing the right Go-to-market approach (Segmentation, Planning, Headcount Allocation).
  • Own forecast accuracy for the region by surfacing risk early, monitoring regional health, and driving corrective actions through data and executive alignment.
  • Architect the EMEA territory strategy, designing coverage models and segment structures that align with headcount growth and specific market nuances.
  • Collaborate with the NAMER counterpart to maintain high-performance global standards while ensuring the EMEA region is optimized for local success.
  • Act as the connector between EMEA Sales Leadership and technical teams, defining business requirements for technical roadmaps.
  • Orchestrate high-fidelity reporting and executive-level dashboards. In collaboration with GTM Analytics, provide contextualized insights for agile, real-time decision-making.
  • Maintain a "look-ahead" posture to identify operational gaps before they impact momentum, maximizing selling time for the EMEA AE team.
  • The role is pivotal in drawing the insight from data and applying judgment and putting forward recommendations to support the growth and success of sales managers and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess very strong analytical skills, excellent people and stakeholder management skills, a strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About you:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, with a strong track record in managing sales systems and GTM reporting.
  • EMEA Expertise: Deep familiarity with EMEA-specific organizational structures, regional territories, and localized market dynamics.
  • Strategic Influence: Proven ability to partner with senior sales leadership to drive consensus and translate complex data into a clear narrative.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and the modern revenue stack (e.g., Clari, Gong, Outreach).
