Full Job Description

Location: RemoteShift Hours: Eastern Time Zone (UTC/GMT -5)Ready to recruit for a global talent platform? Are you a natural at finding top-tier talent, confident in navigating international markets, and driven to make high-impact hires across industries? Then Sperton wants to hear from you. We re looking for a Senior Recruiter with a 3-month contract (with a possibility of permanent hire)who can work independently, and deliver top talent acrossengineering, energy, utility sectorwithin North and South America.The RoleAsSenior Recruiter, you will take ownership of end-to-end international recruitment, delivering top-tier talent across diverse markets and disciplines. With your expertise, you'll ensure a seamless hiring process that meets the needs of the business while attracting high-quality candidates.What You ll Do You'll be managing full-cycle recruitment assignments. Source and attract talent across engineering and utilitysector (energy, civil, mechanical, electrical etc). Use a blend of tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, social platforms, global job boards) to target hard-to-find talent Communication with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver assignments. Build proactive pipelines and market maps for critical skill areas You will be expected to adhere to Sperton's established routines, processes and systems. Who You Are

Minimum 3 years of hands-on international recruitment inNorth and South America Proven track record of delivering successful results across multiple engineering sectors, including utility sector,broader energy andmechanicalindustries. Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to new environments. Excellent communication, and must havestakeholder interaction skills. Tech-savvy and confident using ATS, sourcing tools, and internal systems. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. What You ll Get
