Job Summary
Our Senior QA Engineers are determined to refine our development and testing practices in order to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
You are a passionate advocate for software quality, its role in our society, and its value to our clients. You deeply understand nuances of how to achieve experiences which are high performance, highly secure and compliant, and usable and accessible to diverse audiences. You possess outstanding quality assurance skills and a solid understanding of contemporary tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
Hands-on Testing & Execution: Perform comprehensive testing of responsive web/mobile applications and infrastructure to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Strategic Shift-Left Partnering: Collaborate with product teams to develop robust testing strategies early in the lifecycle, ensuring quality is integrated from the start.
Lifecycle & Release Leadership: Lead requirements gathering, regression testing, and scope planning to provide final sign-off for release cycles.
Quality Advocacy & Clean Code: Drive continuous process refinements and advocate for clean code standards to improve overall engineering health.
Data-Driven Communication: Effectively estimate testing efforts and provide clear, vocal progress updates to support informed business decisions.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
5+ years of experience as an autonomous, self-sufficient engineer who remains tactical under pressure.
Vocal champion for quality with the confidence to balance risk-tolerance with business goals.
Strong mentorship skills to support colleagues and foster a healthy development culture.
Expert-level test design focused on creating stable, deterministic tests that eliminate flakiness.
Automation framework mastery, including setting up, maintaining, and customizing libraries.
Seamless CI/CD integration within pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Hands-on framework expertise with tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Robot Framework.
API and Load testing proficiency using Postman, JMeter, or BlazeMeter.
Full-stack troubleshooting across HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PHP or Java.
Accessibility and Security knowledge, specifically WCAG 2.1 AA+ standards and modern guidelines.
AI-driven testing experience, utilizing AI tools for test case generation and script development.
