As a Senior Project Director, you will drive execution across defined projects and support larger workstreams with precision, clarity, and proactive communication. You will manage timelines, internal reviews, and MLR processes, while strengthening your understanding of brand strategy, clinical context, and regulated marketing. You will run smaller initiatives independently and partner closely with Account Supervisors and Account Directors on more complex programs.
What You'll Do
Serve as day-to-day client partner for smaller projects and support mid-level leaders across larger workstreams.
Own timelines, internal alignment, and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth project flow.
Lead MLR submissions and tracking with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Draft agendas, run status meetings, capture next steps, and ensure follow-through across all project touchpoints.
Translate briefs and brand guidance into actionable project clarity for creative and production teams.
Ensure deliverables are accurate, on-time, and aligned with brand and regulatory standards.
Support financial tracking, budget alignment, and scope adherence across assigned projects.
Build foundational clinical and brand knowledge; utilize insights to improve deliverable quality and strategic thinking.
Collaborate closely with the account team and creative/strategy/digital partners to deliver cohesive solutions.
Maintain organized project documentation and ensure seamless handoffs between team members.
What You'll Bring
12+ years experience in account or project management, ideally within healthcare/pharma agency settings.
Strong executional discipline with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously.
Foundational understanding of MLR, regulatory constraints, and digital/omnichannel tactics.
Clear, confident communication and exceptional organizational skills.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and address challenges.
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and early signs of strategic thinking.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality across all deliverables.
Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in oncology, immunology, neurology, or rare disease categories.
