About the role As a Senior Program Manager, Workforce Planning at Fluxon, you'll be leading the efforts to make sure we have the right people, in the right places, at the right time. You'll be the strategic driving force of our staffing and forecasting efforts across all roles at Fluxon and you will partner closely with executives, leadership, finance, and talent teams. We're looking for someone who thrives in a highly ambiguous environment with an ability to lead, organize, and drive a highly cross-functional team while driving operational efficiencies.
