A digital product and brand experience agency focused on working with technology companies. They partner with tech clients to deliver high-quality design and digital solutions. For this project, the agency’s creative leadership team will oversee design and content direction.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Presentation Designer with strong systems thinking and advanced PowerPoint expertise to support the development of scalable, enterprise-level presentation frameworks. The role involves building structured slide systems, creating master templates from scratch, and collaborating closely with creative leadership to ensure consistency and clarity across complex, data-heavy decks.

This is a short term position until June.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new master PowerPoint templates from scratch

• Define layout structure and presentation logic

• Create scalable slide systems and libraries

• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables

• Collaborate closely with Instrument’s design leadership

• Deliver high-quality output under a steady workload

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills (master slides, slide libraries, scalable template systems)

• Strong systems design capability, with the ability to define layout logic and structural frameworks

• Experience creating enterprise-level, data-heavy presentation decks

• Figma proficiency

• Experience building new master templates from scratch

• Strong English communication skills

• Availability to start ASAP

• Ability to work full-time through the end of June

Good to have

• Experience working with large technology companies

• Experience creating fully editable master decks and slide libraries

• Experience collaborating with creative directors and design leadership

• Experience working in Slack-based remote teams

• Experience handling complex data visualization in PowerPoint
