The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Senior PMM, Outbound is the strategic growth engine for DailyPay’s Enterprise suite. This role is responsible for the full-lifecycle commercialization of our platform, transforming complex technical infrastructure into market-leading value propositions. You will be the visionary for the B2B customer journey, driving market urgency for new solutions while securing long-term retention through sophisticated adoption and lifecycle strategies. This is a hybrid role based in our New York office.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Architect Go-To-Market Strategy: Lead the strategic orchestration of the Tiered GTM Framework. You will own the end-to-end execution for high-impact launches, ensuring ruthless prioritization and consistent excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success.

  • Scale the B2B Persona Framework: Develop and maintain the authoritative persona guidelines for the Enterprise buying committee (including HR, Finance, Operations, and IT). You will ensure these personas evolve in lockstep with our expansion into broader Worktech solutions.

  • Master Technical Value Translation: Act as the primary bridge between technical product logic and commercial value. You will distill complex backend features into clear, persuasive narratives that highlight ROI and operational efficiency for Enterprise clients.

  • Drive AOP & Lifecycle Metrics: Take direct accountability for key business metrics, including Total Eligible Employees (EEs) on the platform and the reduction of Operational Loss. You will design and implement sophisticated adoption campaigns that maximize the value of our self-service portals and platform tools.

  • Enable the Revenue Engine: Serve as the definitive product "Source of Truth" for Sales and Client Success. You will empower GTM Enablement teams with the accurate product positioning and strategic insights needed to win in a competitive, multi-stakeholder environment.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 6+ years of specialized B2B Product Marketing experience, with a proven track record of bringing enterprise-grade products to market.

  • Strategic Storytelling: Expertise in crafting compelling narratives for complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees and translating technical "how it works" into "why it matters."

  • Execution Excellence: A history of leading high-visibility product launches and managing the post-launch adoption lifecycle through data-driven strategies.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Strong project management skills and the ability to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Industry Expertise: Experience in B2B SaaS, Payments, HCM, or FinTech is highly preferred.
