Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of key products. This role requires strong end-to-end ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, data-driven environments while working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver impactful, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives

  • Translate business goals and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements

  • Lead discovery and delivery initiatives, balancing short-term impact with long-term strategy

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales teams

  • Define and prioritize features based on data, user insights, and business impact

  • Write and maintain high-quality product documentation (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)

  • Drive execution from concept through launch and post-launch optimization

  • Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and user feedback

  • Communicate progress, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership

  • Mentor junior product managers and promote strong product management best practices

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • End-to-end product ownership experience

  • Client-facing experience

  • Experience working with analytics in digital marketing or data-driven environments

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, owning complex products

  • Proven ability to define product strategy and execute in fast-paced environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or iterative environments

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities

  • Experience with B2B, B2C, or platform products

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling products or platforms

  • Background in domains such as SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, data, AI, or similar

  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams

  • Prior leadership or people management experience
