Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of key products. This role requires strong end-to-end ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, data-driven environments while working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver impactful, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
Translate business goals and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements
Lead discovery and delivery initiatives, balancing short-term impact with long-term strategy
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales teams
Define and prioritize features based on data, user insights, and business impact
Write and maintain high-quality product documentation (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Drive execution from concept through launch and post-launch optimization
Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and user feedback
Communicate progress, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Mentor junior product managers and promote strong product management best practices
Qualifications and Job Requirements
End-to-end product ownership experience
Client-facing experience
Experience working with analytics in digital marketing or data-driven environments
5+ years of experience in Product Management, owning complex products
Proven ability to define product strategy and execute in fast-paced environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or iterative environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
Experience with B2B, B2C, or platform products
Nice to have
Experience scaling products or platforms
Background in domains such as SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, data, AI, or similar
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
Prior leadership or people management experience
