Full Job Description
About Felix
Founded in 2019, Felix is a patient-driven digital healthcare company that puts you in control of your health and wellbeing. We’re passionate about building technology and beautiful patient experiences to make healthcare more accessible (and more enjoyable) for all Canadians. Our strong venture partners provide us with the resources to support our rapid growth, and we are continuing to build our incredible team. Felix is Canada's first end-to-end healthcare experience, providing online treatment, prescription delivery and ongoing care across a growing range of categories such as birth control, weight loss, acne and more.
Description
We’re looking for a seasoned Product Manager to join the Felix product team. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll be responsible for how patients discover Felix, decide to trust us, and get started.
This role is focused on acquisition and activation, with a particular emphasis on our Weight Loss category—a major growth driver for the business. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: turn demand into high-quality patients, and get them to treatment fast.
You won’t own every surface in the funnel—but you will own the outcome. In this role, you will:
Own the acquisition and activation funnel end-to-end (first touch → onboarding → first treatment)
Partner with Growth and Marketing to shape landing pages, messaging, and campaign flows that convert
Identify and remove friction wherever it exists—UX, pricing, trust, speed, or otherwise
Ship quickly, test aggressively, and iterate based on real data (not opinions)
Go deep on the Weight Loss category—what patients want, what holds them back, and what gets them to act
Capitalize on major shifts in the Weight Loss space (e.g. launch of generics) to unlock growth. You’ll connect market dynamics to product, pricing, and experience decisions—and move quickly when the opportunity is there
Drive a holistic view of the Weight Loss business. You’ll work across Product, Growth, CX, Clinical, and Pharmacy to ensure we’re prioritizing the right things to maximize overall performance—not just optimizing isolated parts of the funnel
Think beyond your immediate scope. You’re accountable for improving your metrics, but you’ll always make decisions in the context of the full Weight Loss business
Work closely with CX, clinical, and pharmacy teams to ensure the front-door promise matches the care experience
Define and own the metrics that matter (conversion, activation, time-to-treatment) and be accountable for moving them.
Actively use AI to move faster and build better—whether that’s prototyping, analysis, or building tooling.
We’re looking for someone who:
Acts like an owner. You take the reins, define the problem, and drive it through to results. You don’t wait for permission or to be asked.
Is a builder at heart. You’re happiest when you’re creating—shipping products, prototyping ideas, or building tools yourself. You don’t wait for things to exist; you make them.
Has a track record of shipping and driving outcomes—not just contributing to projects, but owning them end-to-end
Can show, not tell. You’ll come with concrete examples of things you’ve personally led and executed—what you built, why it mattered, and what happened
Is AI-pilled. You go well beyond basic AI usage—you’re using it to build tools, prototype products, and automate work that wouldn’t have been possible for you a year ago.
Has strong product judgment and knows when to go deep vs. when to move fast.
Is highly analytical but not academic—you can turn messy data into clear decisions.
Has a bias to action. You’d rather ship and learn than debate endlessly.
Is comfortable with ambiguity and energized by it.
Communicates clearly and directly, especially when things are uncertain or not working.
Benefits
Full medical, dental and vision benefits
Maternity/paternity policy
4 weeks vacation (3 weeks anytime + 1 week during the holidays)
Competitive compensation
Stock option grant
Remote first, work from anywhere in Canada
Professional development opportunities, working closely with founders and the senior leadership team
Seniority Level: Senior
Location: Remote (Canada). We have an office in Toronto, but are currently working remotely and open to candidates from anywhere in Canada.
