Senior Java Engineer

We are looking for passionate Senior Java Engineer to work in a remote setup for our Europe-based client. For this role, we only process candidates who are based Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines. As a Senior Java Engineer, you will: Build shared infrastructure and tooling to help us build better and fasterWriting clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable codeCoordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Job Requirements: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.Several Years of hands-on-experience as Java Software Engineer. Understanding of Typescript is a plus. Demonstrate a profound understanding of micro-services oriented architecture and the creation of extensible REST APIs. Showcase practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, notably PostgreSQL or DynamoDB. Have practical knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS Lambdas, K8s, AWS ECS, Terraform, continuous delivery practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks. Exhibit expertise in cloud computing workloads and storage operations, particularly within the AWS ecosystem. Uphold a dedicated commitment to writing clean code, optimizing application performance, and conducting thorough testing. Display excellent communication skills in English.
