Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead and enhance the client's internal development efforts. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions that support organizational goals and strengthen overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performance development team.

  • Act as the technical authority, providing guidance on architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices.

  • Promote clear and effective communication within the team and across functions such as Finance and Product.

  • Customize out-of-the-box platforms like Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.

  • Develop new internal software solutions from scratch to support organizational processes.

  • Define and implement an automated testing strategy to enhance software quality and productivity.

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions by analyzing workflows, data usage, and system behavior.

  • Produce thorough documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, and clear, maintainable code.

  • Coordinate with vendors, advise on licensing, recommend solutions, and support testing and approval of new products.

  • Safeguard confidential information and ensure adherence to security protocols.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Strong proficiency with C#, SQL, JavaScript, Azure DevOps, and the broader Microsoft technology stack.

  • Solid understanding of application architecture and design principles.

  • Experience leading projects through the full software development lifecycle (conception, scope, architecture, design, planning, implementation, testing, documentation, delivery, and maintenance) — preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, version control, build processes, testing methodologies, and operational readiness.
