This is where Intelligence Applied becomes something a client experiences on day one this is our track record!What you will do:Work with teams across our Client Services division to keep client-facing projects on track, delivering on schedule and within scopeCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsTrack and analyze project budget performance, including expenditures and procurement, reporting on any current or potential blockers, risks, overflows and deficitsTrack and analyze project scope and schedule, reporting to management on any changes or risks, being able to suggest the improvements and mitigationsEscalate projects to management and key internal stakeholders as neededMaintain and report on the projects pipelineCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationClose out projects at completion, passing project deliverables and documentation to operations What you will need: At least 5-7 years experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role, ideally working with enterprise softwareCommitment to project management career growthDegree educatedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well with large and diverse virtual teamsAbility to work under pressureExperience with task schedulingExperience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performanceExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skillsExperienced user of MS Office toolsetExperience in the legal, financial or professional services sectors would be of benefit What you will gain:At Intapp, you ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
