  • Design, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines to enable safe, fast, and repeatable deployments.

  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability, cost efficiency, and security.

  • Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure strong observability and rapid incident response.

  • Support application deployments and troubleshoot production issues across infrastructure and application layers.

  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to improve system performance, resilience, and operational best practices.

  • Gradually modernize infrastructure and deployment processes while working within an existing PHP/CodeIgniter codebase.

  • Document infrastructure, workflows, and operational runbooks to ensure clarity, reliability, and continuity.

  • Experience supporting PHP-based applications or legacy frameworks such as CodeIgniter.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure modernization and cloud-native best practices.

  • Knowledge of database operations and optimization, particularly MySQL.

  • Experience improving deployment safety through test automation, release strategies, feature flags, and rollbacks.

  • Exposure to security best practices and compliance requirements in regulated or financial environments.

  • Experience with performance tuning and scaling production systems under load.

  • Familiarity with payments platforms, financial systems, or high-availability transactional systems is a plus.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially when working with distributed and asynchronous teams.

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment with evolving requirements.
