Full Job Description
Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your Mission
UiPath is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager with an uncommon profile: not a traditional CSM, but a transformation program leader able to act as a true strategic partner for one of our largest enterprise accounts.
Your mission: drive this client's automation journey — from RPA industrialization to emerging agentic use cases — by challenging their priorities, shaping a bold vision, and moving the needle where others would simply manage the relationship.
This role requires strong executive presence, the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, and a genuine passion for transformation at scale.
What You'll Do
Own the transformation roadmap: Define and drive the client's automation strategy, from planning through value realization, coordinating across internal and external workstreams
Challenge and advise: Act as a trusted strategic advisor — push back when needed, propose a vision, and proactively identify new automation and agentic AI use cases
Orchestrate complex programs: Lead cross-functional initiatives across IT and business stakeholders in large, governance-heavy environments
Build C-suite relationships: Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships, becoming the go-to partner on automation strategy and digital transformation
Drive value realization: Define, track, and communicate the business impact delivered through automation — and expand it
Stay ahead of the curve: Bring thought leadership on industry trends, emerging automation technologies, and AI-powered workflows
What You'll Bring
Required:
8+ years of experience leading large-scale IT and/or AI transformation programs in complex enterprise environments — within large organizations or top-tier consulting firms
Deep understanding of IT operating models and governance, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives involving both IT and business stakeholders
Demonstrated capacity to challenge a client, defend a point of view, and navigate the political complexity of large organizations
Strong interest in public sector transformation
Autonomous, results-driven, with a natural leadership presence
Nice to have:
Familiarity with the RPA/automation ecosystem or AI platforms
Experience in a SaaS or software vendor environment
Fluency in English & French
