We are seeking a proactive and highly adaptable Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the VP of Global People Partners) at Snowflake. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the HRBP function while maintaining impeccable discretion with sensitive information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communications Focus: Design, format, and edit professional slide decks and presentations for executive-level and internal HR reviews.
Calendar Management: Proactively manage and maintain complex, high-volume calendars for the VP of HRBP, strategically prioritizing sensitive internal meetings.
Logistics & Fiscal Management: Coordinate end-to-end travel, manage executive expenses, and track internal budgets with precision.
Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle, organize, and maintain highly confidential employee, organizational, and executive information (folders, drives) with strict adherence to HR guidelines.
Operational Support: Serve as the main liaison for internal and external partners (including Legal and external consultants), and track action items from key HR meetings.
Team & Event Planning: Organize, plan, and execute internal team off-sites, trainings, and departmental events.
Process Improvement: Identify and assist in building processes that enhance the efficiency and operational consistency of the HRBP function.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in direct executive support.
Presentation Expertise: Proven expertise in creating polished and visually effective presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to manage and protect highly sensitive information.
Prioritization & Initiative: Exceptional ability to manage time, prioritize multiple stakeholders, and act as a resourceful self-starter without constant oversight.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical for interacting across all levels of the organization.
Technical Acumen: Proficient with productivity suites and quick to adapt to new systems.
