The Impact You Will Have
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
Design and develop business architectures that align with clients strategic goals
Identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI to improve business processes and outcomes
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing business processes, including data governance
Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables
Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, translating complex challenges into scalable data solutions
Develop accelerators, frameworks, and best practices that elevate our delivery capabilities
Identify new opportunities and help expand client relationships
Domain Experience
Provides industry expertise in either Financial services (e.g., Banking & Payments, Regulatory & Compliance knowledge, etc.) or Healthcare Life Science is preferred
What We Look For
5+ years of experience in business analysis or product development, ideally within Data and Analytics
Strong SQL skills for complex data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
Proficiency with visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Familiarity with APIs
Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies
Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization
Skilled at facilitating workshops, managing conflict, and building consensus
Experience translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven decision maker who quantifies business value and ROI
Analytical thinker who can break down complex problems into actionable solutions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Committed to delivering excellence and exceeding client expectations
Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Experience
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
Databricks certification (e.g., Data Analyst Associate)
Business process modeling and analysis
Data, AI, and governance strategy development and implementation
Project management and leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strategic thinking and business acumen
Conceptual modeling and analysis
Change management and stakeholder engagement
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
