Senior Business Analyst

We re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strategic mindset, solid analytical skills, and experience bridging business needs with technical solutions.= Key Responsibilities:- Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.- Apply methodologies such as MoSCoW and scoring methods to evaluate requirements and RFP fit. - Support the ERP integration between Microsoft GP and NetSuite, ensuring alignment across systems and processes.- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solution accuracy and compliance with SOX standards.- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous optimization.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project milestones. = Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.- Experience with ERP or integration projects.-Experience with agile methodologies MoSCoW.-Advanced English (B2 + or C1).-Experience applying prioritization and scoring methods to assess the fit of RFPs and business requirements.-Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP, NetSuite, or similar ERPs.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
