This role requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and opportunities in our existing business models and drive continuous improvements. The Sr. Business Analyst will support strategic business initiatives through detailed data analysis, report development, and actionable insights, while taking ownership of specific workflows and fostering robust data and reporting practices.THE RESPONSIBILITIESProject Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion with minimal supervisionWorkflow Ownership: Take ownership of specific workflows, leading the development and implementation of robust data and reporting practicesStakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document requirements, perform impact analysis, and adequately scope initiatives in terms of time, resources, and costReporting Solutions: Develop, document, and deliver functional reporting solutions that analyze business functions, key operations, and performance metricsProcess Improvement: Serve as a change agent in process improvements and template standardization to enhance data quality and reporting efficiencyQuality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevanceLEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIESTrain and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growthProvide work guidance and support, including but not limited to troubleshooting errors and collaborating on solutions within and beyond the analyst teamTHE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLSBachelor s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field, or relevant experience4+ years in an analytical roleExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a varied audienceStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsRobust quality control skills to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and reliabilitySelf-motivated and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlinesProficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and SQLAdaptive to a complex and changing environmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with ad tech companies, online marketing, or higher educationExperience in leading or managing analytical projects is a plusWORKING CONDITIONSNo travel is required, but optional travel is encouraged from time to time for team building and in person strategy/planning sessionsTHE BENEFITSAt Archer, we believe empowered employees have the most fun and do their best work, so we strive to offer a competitive benefits package to allow just that.
