Senior Backend Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer who will report directly to the Head of Software and Systems. This person will be critical to supporting our US-based operations as we rapidly deploy our systems throughout all major cities. What you'll do:

· Responsible for the backend development and maintenance of the company's core products, ensuring the high performance and stability of the system.

· Collaborate with product and business teams, participate in requirement discussions, design and implement efficient and scalable technical solutions.

· Optimize the existing system architecture, improve back-end performance, and solve technical problems

· Work closely with the team to drive technological innovation and solve various problems encountered in business development.

Who you are:

· Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering or related fields, with 3 years or more of experience in back-end development, and the ability to independently complete medium-sized projects

· Proficient in at least one backend programming language included Java, and familiar with common backend frameworks like Spring Boot

· Familiar with the use and optimization of relational and NoSQL databases, as well as mechanisms such as distributed systems, caching, and messaging, and able to apply them proficiently in various scenarios

· Have experience in microservice architecture design, and be familiar with API design and development

· Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, as well as a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility

· Relevant experience in the advertising industry is preferred

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 + bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
