Full Job Description

Riveron is seeking a Senior Associate – Resource Management professional to support data-driven resource planning and operational insight across the firm. This role is focused on maintaining high-quality resource data, producing accurate and actionable reporting, and enabling leadership decision-making through strong analytical and systems expertise. Who You Are

You are a highly organized and detail-driven professional with experience in resource management, workforce analytics, or operations, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment. You have a strong aptitude for working with data, systems, and reporting tools, and take pride in accuracy, consistency, and data integrity. You are comfortable operating in dynamic environments where priorities evolve, and you maintain quality and precision even under tight timelines. You bring strong analytical thinking, clear communication skills, and a proactive mindset that allows you to translate data into meaningful insights for business leaders. You are collaborative and reliable, known for follow-through, discretion, and sound judgment when working with sensitive people and business data.

What You’ll Do

Maintain and manage resource management databases and deployment tools, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems. Produce regular and ad hoc reporting related to utilization, capacity, demand, pipeline, and deployment trends to support business planning and leadership decisions. Analyze resource data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to workforce capacity, utilization, and forecasting. Support leadership with data-driven insights by preparing dashboards, summaries, and clear reporting outputs that enable effective decision-making. Conduct ongoing data quality reviews, identify discrepancies, and proactively resolve issues to improve reporting reliability and system integrity. Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable outputs. Maintain advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (such as PowerBI), including pivot tables and lookups. Support continuous improvement of resource management processes, reporting standards, and documentation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

Over 5 years of total work experience; ideally with more than 3 years of experience in operations or resource management, preferably in a professional services environment.

Strong proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Executive presence and strong interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with senior leadership and staff.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency with PowerBI.

Experience advisory/consulting practices.

Familiarity with resource or workforce planning tools and analytics.
