About the Role

At Riveron, a nationally recognized business advisory firm, we combine deep industry knowledge with innovative technology to drive meaningful business outcomes. We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud to join our Technology & Innovation team.

In this role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions that support sales operations, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategies across the enterprise. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to translate sales processes into high-performing, secure, and maintainable Salesforce applications.

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud.

  • You are highly proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.

  • You have designed and implemented Sales Cloud data models, including Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, Quotes, and Forecasting.

  • You have experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft.

  • You have a strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security.

  • You are skilled in Salesforce declarative automation tools, including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and (where applicable) Process Builder.

  • You actively contribute in Agile development environments, participating in sprint planning, estimations, code reviews, and technical discussions.

  • You are familiar with CI/CD practices and tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, and Salesforce DX.

  • You hold a Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).

  • You collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams, acting as a trusted advisor for sales-related solutions.

  • You write clean, scalable, and well-documented code aligned with Salesforce best practices and long-term maintainability.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Sales Cloud solutions that support lead-to-cash and opportunity management processes.

  • Design and enhance custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet sales and revenue requirements.

  • Build and optimize functionality related to Leads, Opportunities, Products, Pricing, Quotes, Sales Forecasting, and Pipelines.

  • Design and implement secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and external systems (CRM, ERP, finance, and marketing platforms).

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate sales strategies into effective technical solutions.

  • Automate and streamline sales workflows using Flows and Apex, ensuring performance and governor limit compliance.

  • Participate in technical design reviews, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with Salesforce best practices.

  • Support DevOps and deployment activities, including version control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to sales users.

  • Contribute to technical documentation, solution design artifacts, and knowledge sharing within the development team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, or App Builder.

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or advanced pricing and quoting solutions.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboards to support sales performance insights.

  • Experience working with multi-region or global sales organizations.

  • Exposure to Salesforce integration patterns and enterprise-scale implementations.

  • Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical initiatives.

  • Background in professional services, consulting, or enterprise transformation projects.
