What You ll Do:Perform with Purpose Deliver engaging, heartfelt conversations that blend empathy and influence to retain patients in care programs.Lead with Connection Take inbound and outbound calls with patients considering cancellation; build instant rapport and earn trust through tone, energy, and sincerity.Educate & Empower Reframe patients perspectives by highlighting the real health and quality-of-life benefits of RPM, CCM, and BHI.Own Your Results Drive retention metrics through persuasive conversation and relationship-based communication. The bonus will be paid after you complete 120 days of continuous employment and is contingent upon your active employment status and satisfactory performance at the time of payment.Evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts may be required based on business needs.Pay DisclosureThe amount displayed is total potential compensation (OTE), which includes potential monthly bonuses, as we are a pay-for-performance company. Salary offers are determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position. Offers are also aligned with salary ranges informed by external market data for the role's level.
