We are now expanding into the U.S. market and building our first international sales team - a unique opportunity to grow with a fast-developing global brand.   Key Requirements: " Confident spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); " Strong communication and negotiation skills; " Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results; " Self-discipline, reliability, and positive attitude; " Ability to build long-term relationships with clients; " Basic computer literacy (Google Workspace, CRM systems, video communication tools); " Access to a computer, webcam, and a stable Internet connection.   Experience in real estate or high-ticket product sales is a strong advantage.   Your Responsibilities: " Handle incoming leads from digital channels and partner networks; " Consult clients on property investment opportunities in Thailand and other regions; " Present properties and guide clients through the entire sales process - from inquiry to closing; " Maintain client records in CRM and communicate regularly with management; " Collaborate with our marketing and legal teams to ensure a smooth client experience; " Contribute ideas for U.S. market development and customer engagement.   We Offer: " Base salary + commission for each closed deal; " Transparent bi-monthly payments; " Professional training from our Phuket-based team; " Career growth in international real estate; " Remote work flexibility - collaborate with a global team from anywhere; " Flexible working hours to match U.S. time zones.   Average performers earn $2,000-$3,000/month, while top closers exceed $5,000.
