About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting high-performing sales teams, organizing strategic coordination, and driving results? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operation Coordinator to provide essential support to our sales team at Leavitt Select Insurance Services.
In this role, you will help ensure our sales operations run efficiently by coordinating and running team meetings, tracking key performance metrics, analyzing data, and help support producers by maintaining accountability toward sales goals. You’ll play a vital role in helping our sales force stay focused on what they do best, building client relationships and driving business growth.

What You’ll Do
· Manage sales team meetings including 1-on-1s and running monthly team meetings
· Create key reports and metrics from our CRM to help guide smart decisions with leadership team
· Identify performance and market trends to find key opportunities for growth
· Create engaging slide decks and presentations for producer team meetings
· Capture meeting notes, track follow-ups, and stay engaged with team goals
· Work with the Employee Benefits team on strategic cross-selling opportunities (community events, trade shows, golf tournaments etc…)
· Partner with marketing to help build strong proposals that help win new business
About You
· Energetic, outgoing, detail-oriented, and collaborates to help the team succeed.
· Great communicator who can keep everyone informed and promote collaboration
· Comfortable handling multiple projects while maintaining strong organizational skills
· Confident using Microsoft Office and CRMs ( e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
· Experience in sales or insurance is a plus but not required
