About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to support our growing global Business Development organization. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement, this role will be responsible for onboarding, training, coaching programs, content development, and ongoing skill reinforcement focused on outbound prospecting excellence.

This individual will partner closely with Business Development Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing to improve prospecting effectiveness, qualification quality, meeting conversion, and pipeline generation performance across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the enablement strategy for the global Business Development organization

  • Own role-specific onboarding programs, including curriculum development, facilitation, and continuous improvement

  • Build and deliver training focused on cold calling, objection handling, account research, qualification, value positioning, and meeting conversion

  • Partner with Business Development leaders to identify performance gaps and develop targeted enablement program

  • Leverage Attention to identify coaching opportunities, reinforce best practices, and improve behavior adoption

  • Create and maintain learning paths, playbooks, certifications, and enablement content within Highspot and other enablement systems

  • Support change management initiatives related to product launches, process updates, messaging changes, and new business initiatives

  • Measure enablement effectiveness and adoption through performance data, feedback, and business outcomes

  • Contribute to ongoing sales communications, training calendars, and enablement programs.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and GTM Leadership to support key business initiatives and drive seller effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of combined experience in Sales Enablement and quota-carrying sales roles, including direct experience supporting high-performing BDR, SDR, or outbound prospecting organizations

  • Experience building onboarding and ongoing development programs for prospecting teams.

  • Experience facilitating virtual and live training sessions for sales teams

  • Experience with sales enablement and productivity technologies (e.g., Highspot, Attention)

  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment preferred

  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into scalable enablement programs

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Passion for developing people, improving performance, and driving measurable business outcomes

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
