The Opportunity As aSales Development Representative (Full-Cycle Chat), you ll own the entire outreach process, from identifying prospects and starting conversations to qualifying leads and booking meetings. You ll be speaking withsmall-business owners, SaaS founders, and entrepreneurswho are looking to grow their online presence or modernize their technology stack. You ll learn how to build genuine connections through chat, represent the Novabyte brand voice, and play a key role in developing our sales pipeline. Success Outcomes Generate Qualified Conversations Engage new prospects onLinkedInand other chat platforms. Build rapport, uncover needs, and qualify interest. Maintain consistent daily outreach and hit weekly conversation and meeting targets. Own the Full Chat Sales Cycle Manage inbound and outbound chat interactions throughLinkedIn Sales Navigator. Qualify leads, handle objections, and move prospects toward booked discovery calls. Keep detailed notes and pipeline updates inNotion. Collaborate and Improve Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategy. Analyze response data and experiment with new conversation approaches. Share learnings and help shape the playbook for future SDRs. Grow Within the Role Build confidence handling larger accounts and more complex prospects. Expand into broader sales or account-management responsibilities as the team grows. Who You Are Excellentwritten and spoken English, with aneutral to slight accent preferred (but not required if the candidate excels at written english)for clarity in global communication. Naturally curious and great at asking the right questions. Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once. Experienced with LinkedIn and familiar with B2B outreach or customer engagement. Comfortable with targets and energized by seeing results. Thrive in a remote environment and value collaboration, honesty, and initiative. Required Qualifications Prior experience insales, lead generation, or chat-based customer engagement. Confident usingLinkedIn Sales Navigatorand productivity tools likeNotion. Strong written communication and attention to detail. Stable internet connection and availability for full-time remote work. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience withCRMor pipeline-tracking tools. Familiarity withSaaS, tech, or digital-serviceindustries. Background in outbound messaging, cold outreach, or customer success. Schedule & Compensation Work Hours:7:00 AM 4:30 PM EST (Monday Friday) with up totwo hours of flexibilityon either side of the shift to accommodate time-zone differences. Compensation:Base salary + commission on qualified leads and closed deals + Bonuses. Employment Type:Full-time, remote (independent contractor).
