Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $$1,500 USD/month base + performance-based commission ($2,500 OTE)

Location: Remote

About the Role: We are a fast-growing recruiting agency placing top global talent into U.S. companies. We’re building a strong sales engine and looking for someone driven, confident on calls, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

  • Call and qualify inbound leads quickly (speed-to-lead mentality).

  • Book meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.

  • Use scripts, objection handling, and follow-up sequences effectively.

  • Maintain high daily activity levels (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).

  • Keep the CRM clean, organized, and fully updated at all times.

  • Log all communication and move leads correctly through the pipeline.

  • Track weekly metrics: meetings booked, activity levels, conversion rates.

  • Provide feedback on lead quality and common objections.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve process and handoff quality.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • 2-4 years of SDR / inside sales experience

  • Confidence on phone and video calls

  • Familiarity with recruiting or HR services

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience using CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)
