Role Overview
The successful candidate will support the expansion and optimisation of our global roaming network by managing roaming partnerships, contracts, and commercial performance. This role requires strong coordination skills, a collaborative mindset, and a solid understanding of roaming commercial and operational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support roaming contract management across global MNO partners
Manage and grow existing roaming partnerships, while identifying opportunities to establish new roaming relationships to expand network coverage
Lead or support contract negotiations with MNO partners, including AA12/13, AA73, and Master Service Agreements
Act as a primary interface for relationship management with assigned roaming partners
Work closely with the Wholesale team to define roaming network requirements and translate these into actionable initiatives
Administer roaming contracts and associated documentation, ensuring accuracy across internal reporting, sales, and operational tools
Conduct regular traffic and usage trend analysis to identify optimisation opportunities and drive cost efficiencies
Required Experience & Skills
2–3 years’ experience in a corporate environment, preferably within the telecommunications or wholesale domain
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and operational teams
Strategic mindset with a “can-do” attitude, comfortable working on complex and evolving challenges
Genuine interest in relationship-building and participation in commercial and contractual discussions
Basic understanding of roaming commercial and/or technical setups
Positive, constructive team player with a willingness to go beyond the call of duty to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Able to analyse data and processes, identify trends, and make well-founded commercial or strategic recommendations
New hires at Cubic³ are required to work onsite five days a week during their six-month probation period to get to know the company, their team, and our ways of working. After probation, we offer a flexible arrangement of up to eight work-from-home days per month, provided it aligns with business needs and performance standards. This arrangement is not a given for all roles.
