Full Job Description

TerraBoost is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own and rebuild the company’s marketing and sales systems after uncovering significant structural and process gaps from prior leadership.

This role replaces a U.S.-based RevOps/Sales Ops Manager and will serve as the internal architect of TerraBoost’s revenue infrastructure.

You will take full ownership of HubSpot, lifecycle design, data integrity, enrichment flows, automation, reporting, and cross-functional alignment between marketing and sales.

In the first 90 days, success means:

• Auditing and documenting the current CRM and automation architecture

• Identifying breakdowns in lifecycle stages, attribution, and reporting

• Rebuilding critical workflows and cleaning corrupted data

• Establishing reliable dashboards for leadership visibility

• Restoring trust in the revenue engine

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Systems Ownership

• Own HubSpot CRM structure, lifecycle stages, pipeline definitions, and automation

• Audit and rebuild workflows, sequences, and attribution models

• Ensure clean handoffs between marketing and sales

• Standardize naming conventions and field integrity

Data & Reporting:

• Clean and normalize contact, company, and deal data

• Build executive dashboards for pipeline, MQL → SQL conversion, and revenue velocity

• Implement enrichment systems using tools such as Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, or similar

• Establish QA processes to prevent future system decay

Process & Alignment:

• Define and document RevOps processes across GTM

• Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to remove friction

• Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting reliability

• Serve as the internal point of truth for revenue data

Must Have:

• 4+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Operations

• Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise (CRM architecture, workflows, reporting)

• Experience auditing and rebuilding broken systems

• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or demand generation funnels

• C2-level English

• Based in Latin America with U.S. timezone overlap

Nice to Have:

• Experience replacing or transitioning from an agency-led model

• Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, enrichment APIs

• Salesforce experience

• Experience presenting revenue insights to leadership

Compensation & Structure:

• Full-time, remote from Latin America

• USD-based compensation

• EST/CST working hours
