About the role

At Tandem, we’re building tools that give healthcare professionals back time - so they can focus on what matters most: their patients. As our RevOps Lead, you will own and develop the operational foundation of Tandem’s go-to-market engine as we scale across markets. You’ll work closely with commercial leadership, Finance, Operation and GTM teams to ensure that our processes, systems and data scale with speed, quality and control as we grow across markets.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and wants clear ownership in a scaling SaaS environment.

What you will do

  • Drive and maintain our GTM tech stack, integrations and automations

  • Own and develop our CRM and revenue data foundation (intake, templates, governance, reporting)

  • Partner closely with Finance to improve and scale order-to-billing processes

  • Ensure accurate and trusted data flows between CRM (GTM), backend systems, and ERP

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting and forecasting infrastructure

  • Take operational ownership of systems: QA, troubleshooting and release discipline

  • Reduce manual work and remove operational friction from GTM teams as we scale across markets

What you bring

  • Significant Professional experience in a SaaS environment, with a strong track record in Revenue Operations or similar roles

  • Extensive experience in Revenue Operations or go-to-market operations, with a clear craft mindset for building scalable systems and processes

  • Hands-on ownership of core revenue workflows and cross-functional collaboration

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Data/Analytics to drive scalable revenue processes

  • A structured and reliable way of working, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel while building and improving scalable processes

  • Clear and thoughtful communication, both written and spoken


    Tooling:

    • CRM systems: Attio, HubSpot (or similar)

    • Multichannel tools: Lemlist, Outreach (or similar)

    • Automation platforms: Zapier, Make, n8n (or equivalent)

    • BI & analytics: Metabase, Power BI (or similar)

    • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to improve productivity and GTM workflows

Bonus points

  • Experience building or scaling a RevOps function from an early stage

  • Interest in AI-enabled workflows and automation

  • Experience with billing flows, ERP integrations or financial data

Location

We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This role is based in our vibrant HQ in the Epicenter building in the heart of Stockholm where you will work primarily from our office to collaborate, connect, and build our culture.
