Lead sales and/or business development strategy to drive sustainable growth and market expansion
Build and manage high-performing revenue, partnerships, and business development teams

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive teams to align on strategic goals
Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and resilience within sales organizations

Who You Are
6+ years in sales or business development leadership roles (e.g., CRO, VP of Sales, VP of Business Development, Head of Sales, Head of Partnerships)
Experience scaling revenue operations at high-growth startups or enterprises
Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and building trusted long-term partnerships
Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just great revenue numbers, but great teams
Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others
Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development
Bonus Points
Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies
Expertise in strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or ecosystem development
