Job Summary
The Senior QA Automation Engineer will play a strategic role in strengthening platform reliability and accelerating high-quality releases. This position focuses on validating new and existing features, expanding automated test coverage, and ensuring consistent performance across web, mobile, and internal tools. Working cross-functionally with engineering and design teams, the role emphasizes early issue detection, continuous process improvement, and QA best practices. The ideal candidate brings strong automation expertise, leadership mindset, and a quality-first approach.
Responsibilities
Validate the functionality and performance of new and existing features
Build and maintain automated test suites across web and internal tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, communicate, and resolve issues
Improve the efficiency and reliability of our QA and release processes
Qualifications and Job Requirements
Proven experience in QA automation and manual testing
Proficiency in Python and Selenium for writing automated tests
Experience with API testing using Postman, and front-end debugging with DevTools
Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools like Jira
The ability to write clear, concise, and effective test cases
A consistent, reliable presence during work hours
A proactive approach to collaboration—you're comfortable reaching out to developers
and teammates to flag issues and keep work moving forward
Strong leadership skills demonstrated through mentoring, influencing QA practices, and
driving quality initiatives across teams
