Title: Remote Construction Estimator (Fire Protection Systems)
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Eastern Time Zone (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial fire protection and fire sprinkler systems.
Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Manage the complete bidding process from opportunity identification through proposal submission.
Submit competitive bids to help maintain a consistent project pipeline.
Work within the company's established estimating processes and operational workflows.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
Track multiple bid opportunities while meeting strict deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience estimating fire protection, fire suppression, or fire sprinkler systems.
Experience estimating U.S.-based commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of fire protection plans, specifications, and applicable industry standards.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
