About Tellos

Our mission is to allow BCBAs to manage their caseload in away that provides for the best clinical outcomes, a healthy work/life balance for you, and stable RBT staff. We do this through lower caseloads, telehealth and a platform that gives you autonomy.

We provide BCBAs with everything they need to go independent, from finding clients to credentialing, scheduling, billing and recruiting.

This is a telehealth position but we need you to live in Georgia.

What the role entails!

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments

  • Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives

  • Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans

  • Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

  • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Helping our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care

  • Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification

  • Masters Degree

  • Must live in Georgia

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care.

  • Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice.

  • Strong communication skills

Earning Range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year
