🧠 What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
Track and document client progress
Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings
Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families

High school diploma (or equivalent)
Experience working with children
A passion for helping children with special needs succeed
Reliable transportation
RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour training completed; exam pending is okay!)
Active CPR certification
