🧠 What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy

  • Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA

🌱 What You Bring

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)

  • Experience working with children

  • A passion for helping children with special needs succeed

  • Reliable transportation

  • RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour training completed; exam pending is okay!)

  • Active CPR certification

💪 Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
