1099 Contractor

Location: Hybrid - Utah, US. MUST be based and licensed in the state of Utah to be considered.  

 

Scope of Work:

  • Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, and state regulations.

  • Provide guidance on complex transactions and compliance-related escalations, applying sound risk-based judgment.

  • Proactively recruit and attract top-producing agents by showcasing our technology, marketing, and growth opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, supporting them through onboarding and brokerage transitions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance agent experience and operational efficiency.

  • Manage a high volume of agents in a fast-paced, high-growth brokerage environment, ensuring compliance and operational support.
