Location: South Carolina- Remote. Candidates MUST reside and be licensed in the state of South Carolina to be considered.
Scope of Work:
Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, and state regulations.
Provide guidance on complex transactions and compliance-related escalations, applying sound risk-based judgment.
Proactively recruit and attract top-producing agents by showcasing our technology, marketing, and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, supporting them through onboarding and brokerage transitions.
