About the Role:
The Recruiting Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Recruiting team and employees at all levels of the company to support candidates throughout the recruiting process. The role will play a large part in ensuring a rich candidate experience as well as representing the company’s brand. You will have the opportunity to use your wide degree of creativity, personal organization, and proactive problem solving to this role.
This position is intended to be a 12-month contract-to-hire role, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time employee after 6-months.
A Day In The Life:
Coordinate and manage complex, multi-stakeholder interview scheduling for executive-level candidates
Partner closely with executive assistants and senior leaders to align on priorities and ensure seamless coordination
Ensures job descriptions are current, compliant, and maintained; partners with Managers to write/edit job descriptions as needed
Helps maintain relationships with outside recruiting partners and vendors such as colleges/universities, employment agencies, external recruiters, websites, etc.
Maintain data accuracy and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the executive candidate experience
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator
Exceptional communication skills — polished, professional, and approachable across all interactions
Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with recruiters, leaders, and executive assistants
Keen attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering a premium, white-glove candidate experience
Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the hourly range of $35 - $50. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
