Everything To Gain is looking for a skilled Remote Recruiter with CRM Experience to join our dynamic team. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while focusing on sourcing and recruiting top talent. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in CRM systems to manage candidate relationships effectively and streamline the recruitment process.As a recruiter, you will interact with candidates at all stages of the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning talent with our organizational needs. A high level of English proficiency (C1) is required to communicate effectively with international candidates. If you are passionate about recruitment and have the necessary skills to thrive in a remote setting, we want to hear from you!Requirements Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on remote recruitment preferred. Strong proficiency in CRM systems to manage candidate information and interactions. Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level required), both written and verbal. Ability to source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds. Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' fit. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with recruitment best practices and candidate assessment techniques. Self-motivated and adept at working independently in a remote environment.
