JOB TITLE: Property Maintenance & Operations CoordinatorSALARY: CI$50,000 - CI$75,000 paWORKING HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEKWe are seeking a Property Maintenance & Operations Coordinator to join Arboretum Services Ltd. The successful candidate will deliver hands-on maintenance support while ensuring properties, equipment, and systems are safe, functional, and maintained to a high operational standard. DO YOU HAVE:A minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in property maintenance, facilities, or handyman rolesStrong practical experience with AC servicing, including cleaning, filter changes, and troubleshootingSolid knowledge of basic electrical repairs, fixture replacement, and minor fault diagnosisProven plumbing maintenance skills, including responding to urgent repair situationsExperience maintaining equipment, tools, gates, and mechanical systemsThe ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments and near waterExperience working on boats or in marine environments, strongly preferredStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive, maintenance-first mindsetFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and participate in on-call rotationWE WANT YOU TO:Perform routine and preventative maintenance across all properties, including AC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairsTroubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure safetyMaintain and service gates, pumps, tools, and equipment to ensure reliability and longevityPower wash and upkeep exterior areas, ensuring properties remain clean and well-presentedSupport emergency maintenance needs, including after-hours repairs and urgent calloutsAssist with hurricane preparedness, securing property assets and implementing safety measuresMaintain maintenance records, inventory of tools and parts, and coordinate supply needsProvide operational support where needed while prioritizing maintenance excellenceCompensation & BenefitsAt Dart, we're committed to creating a workplace where you thrive, offering a competitive salary and benefits designed for your well-being and growth.
