Position Overview In this role, you ll proofread a variety of documents such as emails, policy summaries, marketing materials, and website content to help ensure they are clear, accurate, and easy to understand. You ll work closely with our communications and operations teams and receive guidance on our style preferences and processes. Responsibilities
Review documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Ensure content is clear, consistent, and properly formatted
Follow internal style guidelines
Identify wording or clarity issues and suggest simple improvements
Communicate with team members about revisions
Stay organized and meet project deadlines
Qualifications
Strong written communication skills
Sharp attention to detail
Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
Willingness to learn company terminology and style
Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
